DISH IDEA: TOM YUM SOUP
Ingredients: Water (600ml), Tom Yum Sensoy Soup Base (80g), Shrimps (100g), Mushrooms (Bosniaki or champignons) (150g), Red Cherry Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Coriander, Lemon
Preparation method:
- Clean the shrimps, fry them gently with garlic, onion and tomatoes for about 3 minutes.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the Tom Yum Sensoy soup base, and add the mushrooms and prepared shrimp.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes more
- Season with cilantro and lemon juice and serve
TOM YUM SOUP BASE
Tom Yum Sensoy is the base for the classic sweet and sour soup, incredibly popular in Thailand. Tom Yum soup is made with shrimp or chicken. To create a flavorful soup, simply add your chosen ingredients to the base. It's free from monosodium glutamate and other flavor enhancers.
