Preparation instructions:

  • Udon for soup: Put udon noodles in boiling water (350ml) and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Fried udon: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the meat, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry briefly. Then reduce the heat to medium. Add the udon and stir-fry all ingredients. Season with soy or oyster sauce and mix well before serving.
