Teriyaki is a famous Japanese sauce based on soy sauce, sugar and salt, enriched with a composition of eastern spices. It has a sweet, yet slightly dry taste and an appetizing, thickened consistency. Great for grilled dishes, it is an excellent, ready-made marinade for meat and fish. It softens and envelops them, thanks to which they remain moist inside, and additionally gives a beautiful amber color. It fits perfectly with additives such as honey, garlic, ginger, sesame and many other ingredients.

The sauce is thick, thanks to which it will work both as a marinade and as a ready-made dip and sauce for pouring dishes.
