It can also be found in a hearty stew cooked in miso soup with vegetables. Also as curry udon, and fried udon with soy sauce, sesame oil and vegetables such as shallots and Chinese cabbage or bok choy, sometimes garnished with sesame seeds. Can be vegan or with meat.
